About Us A national Home Care Agency providing non-medical in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities, helping clients live safely and independently in their own homes. We are building our office team to serve Florence, Darlington, and Lee Counties with the same standard of quality, compassion, and accountability that defines the brand. Position Summary The Office Coordinator is the primary in-office point of contact for the Florence location, responsible for keeping daily operations running smoothly. This is predominantly an in-office role, answering incoming calls, fielding questions from prospective clients and families, managing caregiver scheduling, and providing administrative support to the office. This is a critical operational role that directly impacts client satisfaction and the office's dayto-day efficiency. This is a critical operational role that directly impacts client satisfaction and the office's dayto-day efficiency Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and serve as the first point of contact for the office Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and families, explaining services and guiding them through next steps Manage caregiver scheduling, including shift assignments, coverage for call-offs, and schedule adjustments Coordinate client intake, including gathering information from prospective clients and scheduling assessments Maintain accurate client and caregiver records and documentation in compliance with

Support office administrative functions: filing, data entry, correspondence, and office supply management Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers to resolve day-to-day questions or concerns Coordinate with the Recruiting/HR team on caregiver onboarding and paperwork Assist with on-call scheduling coverage as needed Fill in and cover client shifts on an emergency basis when no caregiver is available Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming, organized office environment Support quality assurance by tracking and following up on client/caregiver documentation Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred Experience in Office experience coordination, administrative, scheduling, or customer service role; home care or healthcare setting a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage phones, scheduling, and administrative tasks simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills; friendly, professional phone manner Proficiency with scheduling/office software (e.g., ClearCare/WellSky or similar) and Microsoft Office Comfortable working primarily in an office setting with occasional local travel as needed Occasional travel to the Columbia office for training required Ability to pass a background check and drug screening per SC DPH licensing requirements What We Offer Competitive salary Opportunity to help build a new territory from the ground up Supportive, mission-driven team culture Training and growth opportunities within a Joint Commission Gold Seal-accredited organization
