Office Assistant The Shutter Shop | Part
  • Time or Full-Time | On-Site About the Role The Shutter Shop is looking for a highly organized, personable Office Assistant.
This is available as a part-time or full-time, in-person position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves keeping things running smoothly, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service from first contact to project completion. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails — answering promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first attitude Schedule and confirm appointments for in-home consultations and installations Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and follow-up correspondence Keep the office organized and stocked; manage day-to-day administrative tasks Proactively communicate with customers about lead times, updates, and any changes Support ownership and team with reporting, ordering, and operational needs as they arise What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in office administration, project coordination, or a similar role Strong phone presence — comfortable handling a high volume of calls with warmth and professionalism Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in common office tools (email, scheduling software, spreadsheets); experience with CRM or job management software a plus Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of their responsibilities Background in home improvement, construction, or a trade-related industry is a plus but not required What We Offer Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30 AM
  • 4:30 PM schedule Part-time, Monday
  • Friday 12:30 PM
