What your future day will look like: Manage workers compensation and auto accident claims while maintaining accurate documentation and records. Act as a liaison between claims adjusters, safety managers, and internal departments to resolve questions and support claim activity. Track appointments, deadlines, and important claim-related events to ensure timely follow-up and compliance. Maintain OSHA logs, safety metrics, reports, and other regulatory documentation. Coordinate safety-related programs, communications, newsletters, testing schedules, and contractor prequalification records. Provide administrative support for safety initiatives, reporting, training materials, and department projects.

Experience providing administrative support, claims coordination, safety administration, or related office support. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments and external partners.
