Schedule:
Part-time Monday-Friday 5 hours per day (25 hours per week) Do you enjoy keeping an office organized, helping customers, and making sure the details are handled? Christian Ladies Cleaning Services LLC has served the Charleston area for more than 40 years. We're looking for a dependable, friendly office administrative assistant to work closely with our manager and support our cleaning teams and clients. Answer calls, texts, and emails; return messages and follow up with clients and new inquiries. Help maintain the schedule, communicate approved changes, and keep client profiles and instructions current. Enter timesheets and prepare payroll information for the manager's review. Record payments, prepare invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances using company procedures. Prepare daily paperwork, organize records, and assist with applications, interview scheduling, and onboarding paperwork. Help organize staff meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and communicate meeting details and follow-up items to staff.Communicate with staff about schedules, reminders, and company updates.

Accurate data entry, strong follow-through, and the ability to stay organized while handling interruptions. email Excel or Google Sheets learning scheduling/customer-management software QuickBooks experience is a plus Dependability is a must willingness to training on our systems as responsibilities are introduced gradually. Pay:
