The Office Administrator is responsible for managing the daily operational needs of EMPWR Solar's office and providing administrative support to ensure efficient and organized business operations. This role serves as a central resource for office logistics, mail management, supplies, equipment tracking, and general administrative functions while supporting employees and maintaining a professional office environment.
Responsibilities:
Receive, sort, scan, and distribute all incoming mail and deliveries. Prepare, package, and mail outgoing applications, permits, and company correspondence. Process, organize, and maintain records of all returned mail. Coordinate and request permit runners for permit pickups and deliveries as needed. Maintain office supply inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate purchasing to ensure adequate supplies are available. Track, issue, recover, and maintain records for employee equipment and office assets. Run company errands and coordinate local deliveries as required. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment. Assist with administrative projects and provide support to various departments as needed. Maintain accurate records of office purchases, expenses, and inventory. Communicate with vendors regarding office supplies, equipment, and services. Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or greater 1+ year of office administrative experience Excellent organizational and time-management skills Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance. Located in Charleston, SC area Great verbal and written communication skills Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week Application Question(s): Do you have a valid driver's license & vehicle for local errands ?
