Position Overview We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Office Services Associate to support daily operations within a professional law-firm environment. The primary focus of this position will be hospitality and print/copy/scan services, with opportunities to cross-train in mailroom operations and printer fleet support. Key Responsibilities Provide professional and courteous customer service to attorneys, staff, clients, and visitors. Perform print, copy, scan, and document-related requests accurately and efficiently. Assist with maintaining and organizing kitchens, conference rooms, and common areas. Support hospitality services and help ensure conference rooms and shared spaces are clean, organized, and ready for use. Assist with mail sorting, delivery, and distribution. Receive, organize, and distribute incoming materials and packages. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying packing slips and preparing materials for shipment. Cross-train to provide support for office printers and printer fleet operations. Operate and troubleshoot printers, copiers, postage machines, and other office equipment. Follow established procedures for document management, cost recovery, and office services. Use basic computer applications and Microsoft Office tools as needed. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a law-firm environment. Work independently while prioritizing multiple requests and completing assignments accurately and on time. Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. 1+ year of experience in the legal industry is strongly preferred. Previous experience with print/copy/scan, mailroom, office services, or similar functions is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office. Comfortable learning and operating office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, and postage machines. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment or workflow issues and identify appropriate solutions. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail when handling documents, mail, packages, and office materials. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
