Part-time to Full-time (seasonal hours vary) Saltwater Cowboys is looking for a motivated, outgoing Retail Merchandise Lead to help run our on-site retail shop at our iconic Shem Creek location. This role is perfect for someone who loves coastal style, staying organized, and creating a great guest experience in a fast-paced, waterfront environment. What You'll Do Manage in-store inventory by tracking stock levels and completing weekly restock lists Help keep the retail space and onsite storage organized, clean, and efficient Serve as the primary retail sales associate during scheduled shifts, assisting guests with product knowledge including sizing, fabrics, and fit Create a welcoming, upbeat shopping experience for restaurant guests and visitors Monitor sales trends and customer preferences to help guide future merchandise and design ideas Take charge of our online store, packing orders, and maintaining online inventory Communicate what products are selling well and what needs to be refreshed or replaced Help create designs for new merchandise, put together Pinterest mood boards for upcoming items, and plan photoshoots for new item drops Schedule & Availability High Season (March-October): Minimum 30 hours per week Slow Season (November-February): 15-25 hours per week

Weekend Availability Required:

High season: at least 3 full weekends per month Slow season: at least 2 full weekends per month Weekends are our busiest and most exciting time on Shem Creek, and consistency in the retail shop is essential. What We're Looking For Retail or customer-facing experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys interacting with guests Interest in fashion, coastal lifestyle brands, or merchandising is a plus Ability to work independently and stay proactive during shifts Why Work With Us?
