Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team. This vital role supports our project management and office operations by providing exceptional administrative, clerical, and customer service support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Handle multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and relay messages efficiently Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems for project documents, contracts, and correspondence Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoice processing and expense tracking Support office management functions such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments Prepare reports, proofread documents for accuracy, and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks Handle confidential information with discretion while maintaining organized records for audit readiness Experience Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting, preferably within the construction or engineering industry Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Bilingual abilities are a plus to facilitate communication with diverse clients and team members Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and client communication experience Familiarity with office management procedures including filing systems, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management Personal assistant experience or office support roles that required handling confidential information and multitasking effectively Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values your organizational talents and commitment to excellence!

From $23.74 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
