• One available opening is 8:30am - 5:00pm M-F. About the Role The Director of First Impressions is the frontline of communication to all our agents and clients. This person represents the Front Desk and needs to have a relationship-based attitude with an understanding that our agent associates will seek you because our agents like you and are swayed by your enthusiasm. Position Overview This role focuses on day-to-day office functionality, including opening and closing procedures, managing phones and call routing, greeting visitors, and assisting agents as needed. Responsibilities also include handling administrative tasks such as scanning paperwork, processing incoming and outgoing mail, restocking supplies, and monitoring the office calendar and scheduled classes. Time management and consistency are key to ensuring all daily tasks are completed efficiently. In addition to daily responsibilities, this position supports overall office upkeep through weekly and monthly tasks. This includes maintaining office cleanliness, updating boards and displays, and ensuring supplies are stocked. Monthly duties involve printing and posting calendars, flyers, and sign-up sheets, and updating agent photo boards. Key Responsibilities Open and close the office Assist with onboarding and social media communication Answer phones, route calls, and greet agents/guests Assist agents with general needs Scan paperwork, manage mail Maintain cleanliness of common areas and counters Update office boards, flyers, and displays Qualifications Interpersonal communication, public speaking

Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc), social media, Canva, inventory management Reliable and consistent with daily routines Professional communication skills Team player with a proactive mindset Work Environment Fast-paced, team-oriented office with structured daily, weekly, and monthly routines.
