Job Description
Job Summary This position will provide administration support for the trust department, with special emphasis on assisting trust business development advisors and trust administration advisors with specific administration responsibilities as assigned. Accountabilities Assist Officers with trust client annual reviews Assist Officers with year-end annual statements Assist Officers with year-end tax worksheet Assist Investment Officer with streamlining investment area including buys, sells, valuations Account opening and closing duties IRA annual statements and1099R Correspondence, presentation materials, mail and phone calls. Creates and maintains proper account documentation and files account related material Assist with client requests, inquiries and meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required college degree or applicable experience preferred. Experience in a trust department and with trust accounting systems a plus. Ability to manage a variety of tasks and work independently. Excellent human relations skills to deal effectively with team and vendors. Sufficient skill in keyboarding and knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer service orientation.
