We're looking for a friendly, organized Administrative Assistant to become an important part of our front office team. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of our company—supporting customers, coworkers, and leadership with professionalism and a positive attitude. What You'll Do Welcome and assist clients, customers, and visitors Manage the main phone line, screen calls, and direct inquiries Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail Process customer payments using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Support department supervisors with various administrative projects Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed What You Bring Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous office administration experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable with phone systems and general office technology Solid computer skills, including online research, typing, and working with spreadsheets or databases Why You'll Love Working Here We believe that when our team members feel supported, respected, and valued, great work follows.
