Job Overview Cannabis ChemLab is a leading analytical testing laboratory specializing in regulatory testing for medical cannabis in South Dakota and Minnesota. Our team of experts uses state-of-the-art technology and rigorous methodologies to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving industry. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Assistant to support our team in managing a dynamic and fast-paced analytical testing environment. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to upper management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence Assist in managing and tracking strategic projects, operational initiatives, and business development efforts Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism Support data collection, document control, and internal communication related to laboratory operations Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making Organize and maintain records, files, and databases Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role Experience in a scientific, laboratory, or regulated industry environment is highly desirable Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines High level of discretion and confidentiality
