Complete Contracting Solutions is seeking a full time person to fulfill the duties of Administrative Assistant. The primary purpose of this role is to provide support for Project Management staff. The Assistant supports the planning, coordination, cost control, documentation, and execution of Complete Concrete Inc. construction projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and office staff, this role helps keep projects safe, organized, on schedule, and aligned with contract requirements. This is a developmental project-management position designed to build increasing ownership of project functions and prepare a successful employee for future advancement. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organization, follow-through, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work productively with office and field teams.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and the ability to learn project-management, estimating, and document-control software.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- OSHA 10 certification, or ability to obtain it within the timeframe established by CCI. Preferred
- Education in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Experience in construction, concrete construction, project coordination, estimating, or project administration.
- Familiarity with construction methods, contract language, subcontracts, plans, specifications, submittals, and job-cost reporting.
- Ability to read construction drawings and perform basic quantity takeoffs. Core Competencies
