Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and updating client or patient information with attention to detail. Support office operations by managing supplies inventory, organizing files, and performing clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and faxing documents. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to ensure accurate financial record keeping. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and resolving issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette. Experience Prior office management or administrative experience is highly preferred, especially in environments such as medical or dental offices. Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Experience with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is essential. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Familiarity with front desk responsibilities including multi-line phone systems, customer service protocols, and office organization will set you up for success.
