Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to corporate leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and follow-up on action items and deadlines. Prepare accurate reports, presentations, customer quotes, and other business documents as needed. Coordinate travel arrangements and process related expense submissions. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment. Coordinate internal meetings, events, visitors, and office logistics. Manage office and break-room supplies, equipment, service providers, and related budgets. Maintain welcoming, clean, and well-stocked shared spaces, including routine break-room upkeep, dish management, and coffee service throughout the workday. Maintain organized and accurate administrative, operational, and branch records. Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned. Perform other related duties as assigned.Education/Experience:
Three to five years of administrative, office coordination, or executive support experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and OneDrive. NetSuite experience is a plus. Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills. Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and timely follow-through. Professional written and verbal communication skills when working with employees, customers, vendors, and the sales team. High level of discretion, professionalism, initiative, and service orientation.Physical Demands:
Light work requiring up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently. The role is primarily sedentary but requires occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, filing, opening cabinets, and lifting or moving office supplies and file boxes.Hours:
