Job Description

Check-In Administrative Assistant- late shift (between 2pm and midnight) The primary responsibility is to oversee the daily operations of Check-Ins and to execute the duties as required by the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following, but not limited to: Opening/Closing Scheduling for the team members Assigning & duplicating tours (reg cards) Coordinating the reps (who should be outside, inside, or with a family) Organizing the rotation list so we are aware of how many families the reps have taken, what family they are with, and when it is their turn to take a family up. Adjusting rotation, interval, pre-assign numbers Checking the pre-assigns before check-ins Checking the rotation and interval numbers before check-ins Printing rep sheets Answering multiple phone lines Add ons Tour Count Texting reps their Add-Ons Overseeing the check-in process and making sure it is running accurately
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have basic to intermediate knowledge on computer applications Must have good customer service skills Must be able to multitask efficiently in a fast paced environment
EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school; a minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Administrative assistance or sales experience is strongly preferred but not required
STRONG EXPERIENCE IN EXCEL IS REQUIRED. LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with team members of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITIES
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
