Our thriving, patient-centered pain management clinic in beautiful Germantown, TN is looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, reassuring experience for individuals who are often navigating difficult and painful circumstances. If you love being the heartbeat of a busy office and take pride in making people feel genuinely cared for from the moment they walk in, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Greet patients warmly and check them in/out with efficiency and a smile Answer and manage a busy multi-line phone system, scheduling and confirming appointments Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays, deductibles, and other payments Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality Coordinate with clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly and on schedule Handle referrals, prior authorizations, and documentation requests Manage a tidy, welcoming front office and waiting area Respond to patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the clinic's daily operations What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or medical office experience a plus Prior experience in a medical office, healthcare, or customer service setting preferred Familiarity with EMR systems and basic insurance/billing knowledge a plus Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills A calm, positive presence — especially when the office gets busy!
