Under general direction, supports all efforts and administrative duties associated with SVP Business Intelligence and development and SVP, Real Estate. Job Details DUTIES and
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under direct supervision, provides overall administrative and staff support for position being supported (maintain calendar; screen calls; schedule meetings; minutes of meetings; prepare documents; generate reports) May assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc. Under direct supervision, administers programs, projects, and or processes specific to the operating unit served. May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations. Monitor monthly expenses and tracking of departmental budget.
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:
Is a team builder and is customer service driven. Applies basic knowledge of Microsoft programs. Ability to communicate effectively with various departments throughout the Company. (written and oral) Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Ability to handle confidential matters efficiently. Qualifications WORK EXPERIENCE and/or
EDUCATION
High school diploma and one to two years' secretarial experience preferred.
