Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a construction office and understand the fast-paced nature of supporting project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys being the person who keeps the office and projects running smoothly. What You'll Do Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Superintendents Maintain project files, records, and documentation Assist with contracts, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, and billing Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, customers, and field personnel Track project information, schedules, deliveries, and deadlines Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other documents Collect and maintain subcontractor and vendor paperwork Assist with accounts payable/receivable and invoice processing Schedule meetings, inspections, deliveries, and other project activities Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems What We're Looking For Previous administrative experience in the construction industry Strong understanding of construction terminology and documentation Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail Professional communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and proactive work ethic
