Overview The Clerical Support Representative is primarily responsible for providing general administrative support to the TeamHealth Billing Center. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Mail daily claims and secondary insurance claims Pull explanation of benefits (EOB) requests Assist with mail processing, mail refunds and process bad addresses Retrieve, copy, sort, and file various patient related information Complete additional clerical responsibilities as requested by management Qualifications & Experience
  • Ability to commute on-site 5 days/week to the work location
  • Detail-oriented; good organizational skills and good oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Able to perform duties independently without direct supervision
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
