Summary Provides Administrative support to the Retail Spirits Managment team and Sales Representatives. Coordinates communication between the Company and suppliers, assist in maintaining and updating the various modules located in the Sales Portal by performing the following duties: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Composes and types of routine correspondence using word processing programs. Prepares spreadsheets and presentations using appropriate software. Distributes monthly price changes to retail customers, via email. Assists in data entry for monthly programming and pricing. Assists in creating pricing within Sales Portal. Answers incoming calls and responds appropriately. Answers supplier questions and completes their requests. Prepares and updates trackers for Retail Spirits Department. Updates corporate Sales calendar & PTO calendar, and Retail Spirits calendar per management's requests. Coordinates and schedules meetings and appointments for Retail Spirits Department. Assists management in completing month-end processes. Prepares tracker for Retail Spirits department. Prepares for sales history and pricing information for supplier meetings. Prepares expense reports for Retal Spirits Department. Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes. Prepare for staff tastings. Other duties may be assigned Provides back-up administrative support to other Sales Divisions as needed. Assists suppliers in ordering and picking up samples. Organizes, updates, and maintains file system, file correspondence and other records. Retrieves files as needed. Assist manager with chargebacks and incentives. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
