Job Description

Personnel Placements is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily office operations at one of our clients in Newbern, TN. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks while providing excellent support to staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars Prepare, file, and organize documents (digital and paper) Assist with data entry, reports, and basic correspondence Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders as needed Support management and team members with administrative tasks Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous administrative or office experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Professional demeanor and positive attitude Hours for this position will be 8am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Starting Pay Rate:
$20 BR3
