The School Secretary performs a variety of secretarial functions, administrative assistant duties to assist with administrative and clerical detail; coordinate flow of communications, correspondence and information in support of operations and activities; and provide assistance to visitors as well as working with records and reports.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
General knowledge of standard office and secretarial practices, procedures, equipment, and secretarial techniques; ability to keyboard accurately, ability to interact professionally with a variety of individuals, and ability to follow oral and written instructions.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Demonstrated organizational skills General knowledge of standard office and bookkeeping practices Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Secretary experience preferred Attendance is an essential function of the job. Graduation from High School or GED Demonstrated organizational skills Proficient in MS Word and Excel Verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time in a timely mannerEVALUATION

Receptionist, Secretary 1. Ensure front office is clean and presentable at all times. 2. Present a pleasant, helpful attitude toward staff and visitors. 3. Answer telephones and provide information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. 4. Greet visitors and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. 5.
