Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk/Office Coordinator to support daily administrative operations at our Tennessee location. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized office environment, greeting visitors professionally, and keeping essential business processes running smoothly. The person in this role will help manage front-desk activities, coordinate office supply needs, and assist with accounts payable tasks while contributing to an efficient and welcoming workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office coordination to keep administrative activities organized and running efficiently
- Welcome guests, answer incoming calls, and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and general inquiries.
- Monitor inventory levels for workplace materials and arrange timely replenishment of office supplies.
- Maintain orderly supply storage areas and ensure teams have access to the resources they need.
- Support accounts payable functions by organizing invoices, tracking documentation, and assisting with payment processing steps.
- Handle routine clerical work such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and general office support.
- Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors to address office-related needs promptly and professionally.
