Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant We are seeking a highly organized, dependable and resourceful Administrative Assistant to provide operational support to the company while working directly under the instruction and direction of a designated company executive. This is a high-trust, high responsibility position requiring excellent judgement, discretion and communication skills. This role requires the ability to anticipate needs and follow through without constant supervision. This role will serve as a key support person to help manage priorities, coordinate company matters, and complete administration as well as personal assistant tasks. Some day to day responsibilities are included but not limited to; Coordinate meetings and assist with meeting preparation. Communicate with vendors, contrators, or business contacts as needed. Assist with invoicing, expense documentation, and other record keeping. Monitor deadlines, renewals, appointments, contracts and other time-sensitive tasks. Assist with company projects, and special assignments as directed. Skills required for this role include; Computer experience Phone and email etiquette Adapability Strong follow-through and accountability Discretion and confidentiality Resourcefulness Calendar and appointment management Basic bookkeeping and data entry
