Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Key Holder, where you will be the welcoming face and organizational hub of our facility. This vital role combines excellent customer service, office management, and security responsibilities to ensure a smooth and professional environment. As a key holder, you will have the opportunity to lead by example, manage daily operations, and support both staff and visitors with enthusiasm and efficiency. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive atmosphere while maintaining the safety and organization of our space. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer support. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette; direct calls accurately to appropriate departments or personnel. Manage office operations including filing, calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading to ensure organizational efficiency. Oversee access control by unlocking/locking doors, monitoring security systems, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises. Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, typing correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting administrative functions. Support office management duties by coordinating supplies, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and assisting with general administrative needs. Respond quickly to emergencies or incidents by following established protocols and communicating effectively with team members. Skills Bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse clients and team members. Strong office management skills with experience in clerical work, filing systems, and administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with solid computer literacy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone reception and phone etiquette expertise. Proven experience in front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and client communication. Demonstrated time management abilities with attention to detail in proofreading and document accuracy. Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills are highly valued for supporting daily scheduling needs. Pay:
