Job Duties and Responsibilities Handles daily phone calls and greets visitors with professional phone etiquette to deliver exceptional customer service . Manages team schedules and appointments through precise calendar management to prevent scheduling conflicts. Processes incoming and outgoing email correspondence to ensure prompt communication across departments. Performs accurate data entry and updates complex records using spreadsheet management tools. Organizes physical and digital documents through systematic filing and record keeping . Operates printers, copiers, and other office equipment operation tasks to support daily staff needs. Applies strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines. Utilizes the Microsoft Office Suite to draft reports, presentations, and internal memos. Required Qualifications Education Pursues a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Holds a high school diploma or equivalent certification. Experience Brings basic experience in an office environment or customer-facing role. Demonstrates a history of reliable academic or professional performance. Knowledge/Skills Possesses strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite . Demonstrates exceptional time management and organizational abilities. Exhibits clear written and verbal communication skills for effective email correspondence . Maintains professional phone etiquette in all interactions.
