We're looking for a warm, dependable, organized person to be the first face of our office, and someone with the interest and creativity to grow with us. The Opportunity This is first and foremost a front office and client service role. You'll welcome our clients, run the front desk, support our financial advisors, and act as the go-between for clients, advisors, our custodians, and Kingsview's home office. Most of your day will be spent here, especially at first. As you get comfortable, you'll have the chance to take on a growing share of our marketing: drafting emails, creating social media content, updating our website, and helping carry out our marketing plan. Our corporate marketing department handles design support, and we'll teach you our systems along the way. You don't need to be a financial expert or a professional marketer on day one. What You'll Do Client Experience & Front Office Greet clients and guests warmly and help them feel welcome and comfortable in our office Answer calls promptly and professionally, handle phone and email questions, and transfer calls as needed Take accurate messages and get them to the right person promptly, using our CRM (Redtail) and Microsoft Teams Manage the advisor's calendar and conference room schedule, and keep meeting spaces clean and ready Receive, sort, distribute, and send out daily mail and packages Handle printing, copying, scanning, and faxing Protect the confidentiality of all client information Office Operations Manage weekly inventory and ordering for office, kitchen, breakroom, and bathroom supplies Keep office equipment running, and coordinate service with our help desk and vendors Oversee cleaning and maintenance providers Keep the reception area and common spaces clean, safe, and inviting Order client gifts and appreciation items when advisors ask
Marketing:
Growing Responsibility Draft client emails and newsletters, including market updates, event invitations, and seasonal messages Plan and create social media posts on a consistent content calendar Make routine updates to our websites and landing pages Coordinate with our corporate marketing team on brochures, flyers, event materials, and branded pieces Help plan and promote client appreciation events and community involvement Keep marketing projects organized, tracked, and on schedule Route all marketing content through our compliance review process before it's published What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual. The office counts on you to be here and ready each day. Highly organized, with the ability to set priorities, judge what's urgent, and manage your own time Clear, friendly communication in person, on the phone, and in writing Close attention to detail and accuracy with data, documents, and messages Follows direction well and uses good independent judgment. You anticipate what needs attention and take care of it without being asked. A warm, polished, professional presence with clients A positive, good-natured team player who builds good relationships inside and outside the office Discretion with confidential client information Eager to keep learning and growing Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams High school diploma or GED required Nice to have: Creativity and an enjoyment of writing Comfort with social media platforms, Canva, email marketing tools. Coursework or experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Knowledge of investment products Work Environment Office setting with no travel. Occasional evening client events are part of the role. The role involves standing, stooping, and occasionally lifting 20-50 lbs. (supply deliveries, cases of water, boxes). [Reliable transportation is needed for supply pickups and post office runs.] What We Offer $16-$22/hour depending on skills and experience, with a pay review at 90 days as you take on more marketing responsibility 100% employer-paid health insurance for employee.
