Job Duties:
The ECB Majors Clerk provides administrative support within the William P. Clements Jr. Unit. This role involves direct interaction with incarcerated offenders and requires maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation for the facility. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various spreadsheet and database programs. Strong organizational abilities, teamwork, and a motivated work ethic are essential
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update all building-related paperwork and documentation. Interact professionally with incarcerated offenders as required by daily operations. Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software to complete administrative tasks. Support unit staff by performing organized, detail-focused clerical duties.
You'd be a GOOD fit if:
Have office or administrative experience. Are detail-oriented and thorough. Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
You'd be a GREAT fit if:
Have experience in Criminal Justice or a related field.
Excel in organizational tasks and are highly task-driven. Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar programs.
