What You'll Be Doing Support daily plant administrative operations, documentation, and recordkeeping. Process tickets, invoices, purchase orders, and production-related reports accurately and timely. Maintain inventory, material, and operational data within company systems. Communicate with customers, vendors, drivers, and plant personnel to support efficient operations. Assist with scheduling, compliance documentation, and general office coordination activities. What Are We Looking For Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive working relationships. Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office applications, and data entry processes. Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to teamwork, problem-solving, and supporting safe and efficient plant operations. Work Environment Primarily works in a plant office environment with regular interaction with production and operations personnel. May require time spent in outdoor plant areas and exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and heavy equipment. Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform routine office and administrative duties throughout the workday. Must be able to maintain a safe work environment and comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
