This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Addison Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client for a contract opportunity. This position will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and assist team members with a variety of organizational and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize digital and paper filing systems Enter and update information within internal databases and tracking tools Help track tasks and timelines related to ongoing projects Complete additional administrative tasks to support daily operations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
