Live-In Caregiver (Female Preferred) - Non-Medical Home Care Are you a compassionate, dependable, and engaging caregiver who enjoys helping seniors live fulfilling, independent lives? We are seeking an exceptional live-in caregiver to provide non-medical, one-on-one support for a client in a senior living community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is caring, patient, and committed to making a meaningful difference every day. Responsibilities Provide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, and organization. Transport the client to doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands as needed. Encourage and motivate the client to participate in activities and social events offered within the senior living community. Build a positive, trusting relationship while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. Maintain clear communication with the care team and family as appropriate. Qualifications Previous caregiving experience is strongly preferred, especially experience assisting with ADLs and IADLs. Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance is required. Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy. Friendly, personable, and patient with excellent communication skills. Self-motivated and proactive in keeping the client engaged, active, and socially connected. Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and professional care at all times. Compensation:
$210.00 - $230.00 per day
