This role is perfect for someone who loves people, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a team that supports students, families, and the fine arts. You'll be the warm welcome our families experience the moment they walk through the door — greeting students, answering phones, helping with scheduling, supporting our staff, and keeping things tidy and running smoothly, etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
A high sense of urgency Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions, etc. Friendliness Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks Flexibility to adjust to new tasks and changes Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees and clients (a people person) Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee faculty and staff Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly Familiarity with Microsoft, Apple, and Google platforms Reliability and discretion - the ability to keep confidences regarding sensitive and proprietary information
Responsibilities:
Report to Office Manager and Client Experience Manager Greet and check in clients Answer phone calls and emails from clients - directing them accordingly Report office progress to senior management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures Maintain studio appearance Support staff and faculty on a daily basis Tour prospective parents and students while sharing the mission and vision of NSSOTA Oversee student scheduling to include new student lessons and makeups
Pay:
$16.00 per hour
