We are looking for hard-working, reliable team players to keep our venue clean, organized, and running smoothly during high-volume shifts. Job Summary As a Dishwasher / Busser , you are the engine that keeps both our kitchen and dining floor running efficiently. You will ensure our kitchen team has clean cookware and plates, while helping our front-of-house team clear and sanitize tables quickly so guests spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the game. Key Responsibilities Dishwashing (Back of House): Operate, maintain, and sanitize commercial dishwashing machinery. Wash, rinse, and sanitize plates, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools. Keep dish pit clean, organized, and free of standing water or hazards. Stock clean tableware and kitchen supplies in their designated station areas. Properly handle chemical cleaning agents following safety and health regulations. Bussing (Front of House): Promptly clear, clean, and sanitize tables, booths, and bar areas between guest seatings. Transport dirty dishware, glassware, and utensils to the dish pit efficiently. Assist servers and bartenders as required. Monitor restrooms, dining rooms, and entryway floors for trash or spills. Empty trash cans, compost, and recycling throughout shift and at close.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant or sports bar preferred, but will train motivated candidates .Certifications:
Valid Texas Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain before start date).Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, and move items Ability to work in fast-paced environment.Availability:
Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and major sports event days.Traits:
