Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has an opportunity for a highly motivated administrative assistant. This is a regular, full-time position based in our Arlington, TX office, working onsite five days per week.
Responsibilities include:
Typing, proofreading and editing or correspondence, reports, contracts, agenda, meeting minutes, specifications, contract change orders, construction administration forms, and/or other documents Entering and maintaining data in spreadsheets and CRM database software Preparing reports for project managers Enforcing corporate style standards Preparing charts and graphics Coordinating with local printers and vendors Maintaining/ordering office supplies Maintaining schedules, meetings, and travel for staff as needed General office duties General office errands A valid driver's license and some travel will be required The successful candidate will have: Associate degree in a communication, business, liberal arts or related field, plus at least two (2) years of administrative experience -OR- If no degree, at least four (4) years of office experience The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following: Information management/database maintenance experience Experience proofing/editing technical documents Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Previous experience working with staff in remote locations CRM database software experience Experience working for an AEC professional services company If you have strong communication and organizational skills, are self-motivated, and can work well both independently and as part of a team, complete the online application process for this job posting at www.meadhunt.com/careers.
