Job Overview We are seeking a organized Office Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office environment. Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing friendly customer service. Handle data entry tasks accurately using software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets etc. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents. Assist with calendar management Support office management, coordinating repairs, and maintaining office equipment. Provide clerical support such as proofreading documents, word processing, and preparing reports or correspondence. Facilitate client communication through phone conversations, emails, and in-person interactions while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Work in the classrooms when needed for breaks and etc. Qualifications Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with spreadsheets and data entry. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Strong computer literacy including technical proficiency with office equipment and productivity software. Previous experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software .
