We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a contract/temporary opportunity in Aubrey, TX within the financial services industry. This role supports the daily administration of an employee lease program, with a strong focus on accurate documentation, responsive communication, account support, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities
- Validate employee lease order requests and related account information for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare lease documents and program materials with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review and respond to program-related inquiries through phone, email, workbasket, and direct mail.
- Resolve employee and customer concerns by researching account details and coordinating appropriate next steps.
- Act as a liaison between employees, customers, dealerships, and internal departments to support timely issue resolution.
- Document customer and employee account activity, order updates, and required follow-up actions. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000 to $50,000 per year.

- Prepare accurate lease documents and validate order information.
- Respond to employee and customer inquiries across phone, email, workbasket, and mail channels.
- Support account documentation, issue resolution, and coordination with internal and external contacts.
- 3 to 5 years of administrative, clerical, customer service, or administrative support experience.
- Strong document preparation skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook for email communication, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Comfortable handling phone-based inquiries and providing professional customer support.
- Ability to review account information, identify issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and administrative priorities.
- Professional, dependable, and able to work effectively with employees, customers, dealerships, and internal departments. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting lease programs, vehicle programs, financial services accounts, or dealership-related administration.
- Experience working in a high-volume administrative support environment.
- Familiarity with account documentation, order processing, or customer issue tracking systems.
