Job Duties:
This position performs administrative support work under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement. In this role, you will prepare and proof correspondence, inventory documents, purchase orders, reports, and requisitions. You will compile, organize and tabulate data; assists in conducting inventory; pick up, deliver, and unload supplies, equipment; and inspect merchandise for quality and compliance with specifications and reconciles inventory reports to physical balances.
You'd be a GOOD fit if:
You have graduated from an accredited senior high school or equivalent of GED.Computer operations experience preferred.
You are detail oriented and knowledge of office practices and procedures.
You'd be a GREAT fit if:
You have one-year full-time wage-earning customer service, clerical, secretarial, administrative support, or technical program support experience; fifteen semester hours from an accredited college or university
