Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our office and requires someone who can stay organized, communicate effectively, and handle a variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply. Pay is based on experience. This entry-level job is perfect for a college student looking to gain office experience!
Full-time:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or Part-time (hours negotiable) Key Responsibilities Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems Prepare reports, memos, and other business documents Order and track office supplies and materials Monitor and maintain inventory levels Run local errands Read, scan, and distribute documents Retrieve and organize files Maintain good communication with other office staff Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Reliable transportation (required) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) (required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required) Strong attention to detail and time management (required) Ability to multitask and work independently (required) Previous administrative or office experience (preferred) Attention to detail and problem-solving skills (required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
