Help with advertising. Some office work as well. Responsibilities Must have knowledge of writing grants for our student program. Perform data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets and productivity software, maintaining organized records and files Coordinate calendar management and events efficiently Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents using Word processing and Microsoft Office tools with attention to detail and proofreading accuracy Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and client communication skills Assist with personal assistant responsibilities when needed, supporting team members with various administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software for efficient office management Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed and data entry capabilities Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for handling inquiries and client support Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Personal assistant experience working with nonprofits and writing grants Join us in a role where your energy meets organization!
