Administrative Assistant
Overview
The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role assists with records management, project planning, scheduling, and coordination of key initiatives while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting departmental administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for daily office operations and departmental activities.
Assist with project planning, scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management.
Produce, review, and maintain ad hoc reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Order and maintain office supplies to support operational needs.
Maintain employee training records, both electronic and hard copy, ensuringpliance with internal policies, external audit requirements, and records retention standards.
Organize, update, and maintain confidential files and documentation.
Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Perform other related administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
Must be local to Big Spring, Texas.
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is preferred.
Stronganizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as a team member.
Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
Preferred Skills
Experience with records management and document control.
Familiarity with project coordination and scheduling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
