Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Membership Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administrative functions of membership services, affiliate club relations, and event processing. As the primary front office representative, this position serves as a key point of contact for members, affiliates, and visitors, requiring a professional, friendly, and service-oriented approach. As the marketing assistant, you'll be responsible for assisting in social media updates and merchandise. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand office environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Serve as the front office point of contact, greeting visitors and providing professional, courteous assistance Process applications for new and renewing members in an accurate and timely manner Administer QT number assignments for non-ASCA breed participants in sanctioned events Coordinate annual processing of Affiliate Club renewals Generate and distribute official title certificates for applicable events Respond to a high volume of incoming emails and phone calls throughout the workday, delivering timely and professional customer service Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including daily review and distribution of mail Digitize, organize, and maintain records to ensure proper documentation and accessibility Perform general office duties and administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations Marketing Coordinator - Assist the organization in executing special campaigns, managing the online store for sales, inventory maintenance and fulfillment. Assisting Development Committee in organizing events and special campaigns and conducting market research to drive brand awareness. Key responsibilities include creating content, tracking analytics and coordinating with vendors. They require strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Provide cross-functional administrative support to other departments as required
