Dental Visions is expanding our team and seeking a Front Office Assistant in Burleson! We have a wonderful work environment and have an outstanding team! Experience is welcomed, but not required as we seek a team member with great communication skills and customer service. We will train you in all required duties in our office.
Requirements:
Great work ethic and attitude Highly effective verbal and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Professionalism in all aspects of job Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Comfortable with learning new technology Duties include: Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner Manage schedule of patients Register patients Verify and enter insurance benefits Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis Calculate fees for dental treatment Coordinate financial agreements for the patient's financial responsibility of dental treatment Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary Check and respond to voicemails and emails left for the office Assist with other office duties as requested or needed
