Burnett is currently partnering with a fantastic engineering management company who has more than 17 years providing services to big corporations all over the world. They are currently looking to add a high-level admin support person to their existing team. This would be a temp-to-hire opportunity!
Job Scope:
They are hiring a very large number of people from out of the country for one of their big clients. Those people will be relocating to Austin and will need assistance with the following: Help employees secure short-term or long-term housing accommodations Coordinate and book car rentals based on employee needs Communicate with hotels, apartments, and rental agencies Manage reservations, confirmations, and scheduling changes Ensure employees receive timely travel and lodging information Maintain organized records of bookings and expenses Provide excellent support and problem-solving assistance The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and is super detail oriented. They would also have a high level of patience working with people from another country who might not speak English as their first language.
Location/Hours/Pay Rate:
Role is 100% onsite in Cedar Park office (78641 zip) Hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm Pay will be $23-$25/hr, DOE AUSTP30
