Job Alerts Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and one year related experience.
Job Summary:
To perform a variety of responsible clerical tasks utilizing knowledge of office systems and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
Job Duties:
  • Performs varied and complex clerical tasks.
  • Photocopies materials and compiles as needed.
  • Distributes materials internally or to other departments which may require walking across campus.
  • Makes appointments, screens visitors, and answers the telephone.
  • Inputs data for reports, and completes routine office forms.
  • Adheres to internal controls established for department.
  • Performs related duties as required.
Salary:
Actual salary is commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
