The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with licensing regulations. Responsibilities Manage and maintain all licensing files, ensuring they are up-to-date and organized. Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries related to licensing processes. Oversee office management tasks, including invoicing, quickbooks entry and assisting in receiving duties. Proofread documents for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Utilize phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when communicating with licensing departments. Assist in the development of licensing policies and procedures to streamline operations. Collaborate with various departments to ensure all licensing requirements are met in a timely manner. Qualifications Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in office management or clerical positions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to lift up to 30lbs. Excellent proofreading abilities with keen attention to detail. Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating effective phone etiquette. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
