    The Operations Specialist serves as the central operational link between corporate client goals and field-level project completion.

This role focuses heavily on logistical coordination, rep management, and quality control. You will directly manage, schedule, and support field representatives across active merchandising projects, ensuring data accuracy and client deliverables are met on time in a fast-paced, collaborative desk environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and staff representatives for various merchandising projects
  • Quality Assurance monitoring of reports submitted by field reps
  • Handle frequent email communication with field representatives
  • Working within the various platforms we use to manage our field team and work
  • Provide phone support for field representatives calling in with questions
  • Working in a team environment to ensure customer projects get completed Working hours: 8:00 AM
  • 5:00
PM Skills:
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Ideal for backgrounds in business, customer service, & marketing
Education:
High School Experience:

1-4 years

  • Ability to organize shifts, map geographical coverage, match rep availability with client deadlines, and quickly fill open shifts.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including data entry, filtering, sorting, basic formulas, and maintaining clean logs.
  • Fast, accurate typing skills (45+ WPM recommended) alongside comfortable multi-window navigation across email, web tools, and phone interfaces.
