Job Description
- Assist with day to day activities within the office
- Maintain department calendars and schedules
- Prepare for meetings and arrange any necessary travel
- Review invoices for proper approval
- Run and process department reports
- Track inventory and process supply orders
- Answer phones
- File necessary paperwork
- Assist with coordinating events and completing office errands as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
- Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
- Ability to lift up to 25 poundsFNBT is equal opportunity employer.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- 1-3 years experience as an administrative assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must successfully pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
