High School Diploma or GED required Position Overview We are seeking a Document Control Assistant to support document preparation, organization, filing, and distribution in a fast-paced office environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to accurately maintain both hard-copy and electronic documentation. Key Responsibilities Create, compile, organize, and maintain department documentation. Prepare and maintain hard-copy and electronic files. File documentation accurately using alphabetical and/or numerical filing systems. Communicate with internal departments and external vendors as needed. Prepare and ship applicable documentation when required. Maintain accurate and organized records. Prioritize assignments and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Perform additional work-related duties as assigned. Follow all company health, safety, and workplace policies and procedures. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year of experience in document control, administrative support, or other office-related work. Experience filing and organizing paperwork alphabetically and/or numerically. Strong computer literacy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Ability to type at least 45 WPM. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize assignments and manage time effectively. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred ious experience using Adobe. Experience creating, maintaining, or managing electronic documentation.
