Job Description

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring efficient day-to-today operations.
Duties:
Provide direct administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management. meeting coordination, and travel arrangements Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and agenda preparation Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information Track and follow up on key projects, deadlines, and action items Support company events, meetings, and special projects as assigned Improve administrative processes and suggest efficiency enhancements Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
HS diploma Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Ability to stay on task and take responsibility for assigned duties
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a high=level administrative support role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software Excellent verbal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
